The Challenge
Creating the brand identity for this Austin-based online shop posed a unique challenge: the brand aimed to blend modern witchery with ancient traditions while also creating a design which embodies the client’s modern cowgirl aesthetic. The task-at-hand was to develop a brand identity which seamlessly bridged the gap between the mystique of a modern witch and the home-goods products that regular consumers would connect with.
The Rationale
The resulting logo features a modern cowgirl set within a tarot card, embracing a wise raven; this symbolises her ability to ‘see with her eyes closed’. The colour palette includes red, representing the fiery desert sun; black, embracing our inner shadow; and cream, characterising light.

Night Wing Goods was conceived to merge modern witchery with ancient traditions, redefining and reconnecting our relationship with hidden magic. Our aim is to offer a unique shopping experience that inspires and empowers individuals to explore and embrace their inner magic.
